Kremlin
I had a customer place an order the other day, but as soon as the Worldpay billing portion of the checkout process was completed, he closed the browser window. I think the callback screen loaded, but it certainly did not finish the checkout process the way it was supposed to, so the order was not saved, and I have no information about it other than the total cost. I realize that this is really a major issue with user idiocy and not the contribution so much, but it has recently come to my attention that many of my customers are idiots. Does anybody know what I could do to prevent this from recurring?
radders
There's plenty on this in the Worldpay support thread and elsewhere It is a general osC isssue that orders are not created until returning from the cc processor. There are some workarounds suggested.
