problems with date and widht shop

i cant edite my date june=> juni

i tried editing familiar files like spiffything etc

 

 

btw and where can i set my shop wide to 800

I have emailed Nick (Diskcom) about this and the area he wants to be able to change is where it says "New Products for June".

 

He would like to change the month into dutch. Where is this information kept, i have looked and tried different solutions but cannot find where to change it.
