README says about accessing admin using username: 'admin' & password: 'admin'. But the result was wrong combination. Furthermore, when I click on Submit a Ticket on column left of my index page, it links to http://mydomain.com/FILENAME_HELPDESK_SUBMIT Please help me with these two problems.
