Moving customer date to another server

I have an existing shop (old version of OSCommerce) on a server where I have no access to the raw databases.

 

I have now setup a new shop on a server I own, where I can do anything and am using the latest version of OsCommerce.

 

I have over 5000 customers (along with over 6000 orders) on the old system and need to transfer these accross.

 

I can perform a backup on the old system (using OSCommerce), but how would I get just the customers/orders over to my new system.

 

Any help would be gratefully received
