Category Title Display Issue

Hi Guys/Gals

 

Ok.. I tried adding new categories to the catalog, and i looked thru the code and the defnes values for the categories box_heading, and i still have the same problem

For the title of any new category i add, i get this stupid "lets see what we have here" heading.

 

I thought it pulls this data from the category title, but it isnt.

 

Im pretty sure i have just missed something minor here and all i need to change is one line of code, but gor the life of me i cant find it.

 

Please help oh gracious smarter people !! :P
