boozubay Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 I have been searching for hours trying to figure out why EP is not functioning. I created base cats in the admin and have huge amounts of sub cats underneath them. I added them into the excel file, saved as .txt uploaded and it seem only the categories with demo products in them are affected. Also on my text download, any cats and sub cats that are empty don't even show up. The only cat and sub cat showing are the two with test products in them??? Do each of the cats and sub cats have to have a starter product in them? Help!!! Thanks, DZ Quote
