How about a url so we can take a look.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

why do you need the url

a fix will do

Well if you do not want to give out a url then a much better description of the problem might work as there is not enough info for a solution. I can think of lots of reasons why your picts might not be showing up and taking a look at the links may help narrow it down some.

The only way to fix a problem is to know what it is.

If you don't want to provide a url you are asking people to spend extra time guessing at your problem. And they are volunteering that help.

The people here who might help have others they could spend time helping so if you want to make it harder you might end up on your own.

here's a fix: fix the broken images and you won't see that anymore...

9 times out of 10 its a PEBCAK Error (Problem exists between chair and keyboard)

Replace that and you're fine...

Something wrong on configure.php or config on web server (perhaps .htaccess file).

Confirm you have all those files:

http://www.sakkaratech.com.au/images/pixel_trans.gif

http://www.sakkaratech.com.au/images/UNIDE...CLI%20Cless.jpg

http://www.sakkaratech.com.au/images/dell.jpg

http://www.sakkaratech.com.au/images/nokia3310.jpg

Are some examples.

When I try to see that (directly by linking), I got "page cannot be found", seems like you don't have these files on web, or in properly directory. It's really easy to fix.

did you add those images and the contents through osCommerce/catalog/admin or did you do it some other way? your whole page is acting funny, you need to change the yellow link color as it is impossable to see. when i click on one of your products it says noting in there yet so i think you are not getting stuff added right add products through your broswer window at yoursite.com/osCommerce/catalog/admin---- then go to the catagories portion to add things, and im sorry if you allready know all this but it is acting real funny

ok if you want no image, then here is what i do i put osCommerces pixel_trans.gif in the place where the image goes, then you have no image and it is transperant so background shows through and no rex x or broken image icon i dont know how to shut them off for good

You could also go into product_info.php and do an if then for the pic.

If (no pic) then

set pic var to pix_trans.gif

or something like that.

Just a thought
