End of Sale Report

I need to find a way to print out a report that lists the manufacture, item number, and amount sold.

 

The store is only open 3 days every 6 weeks. After the end of the sale I would like to be able to print a report that can be sent to the manufacturer for order fullfilment. It would be best if it would print out seperate reports for each maufacturer.

 

I didnt see any contribs for this, and there is only limited use in the built in products purchased report. Because it isnt sortable in any way.

 

Any experience? Any Advice? Any contribs?
