Help. Stuck at installation

Hi, please help. I got stuck here.

 

I got the following message

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Please perform the following actions:

 

cd /home/tyz6970/public_html/catalog/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

 

cd /home/tyz6970/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

But I have changed. I was told that if I use windows environment, I got to rename it. it even did it. I change the file name from configuration.php to config.php.

 

I have discovered one thing. after I change the filename from configuration.php to config.php but look at the message above, it still show the file chmod 706 configuration.php.

 

Please enlighten me, did i do it wrongly.
