Jessica Lares Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 I want to get rid of default setup of the osCommerce project index, but when I try to it gives me an error that says Parse error: parse error in /home/daysisvi/public_html/store/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 13 Any help would be welcomed!
241 Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 the minimum to leave for the define with no text is this define('TEXT_MAIN', ''); you can place what you want between the quotes but remember to escape and apostrophes with a backslash define('TEXT_MAIN', 'what ever you want in here but let\'s remember to escape the apostrophe with a backslash as shown'); No longer giving free advice. Please place deposit in meter slot provided. Individual: [=] SME: [==] Corporation: [===] If deposit does not fit one of the slots provided then you are asking too much! Is your Osc dated try Phoenix raising oscommerce from the ashes.
10bears Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 Do not edit PHP files with Frontpage. It will leave an extra space after the closing tag <? and that will cause the parse errors. "When everything becomes idiot proof, only idiots will be able to make it work"
Jessica Lares Posted June 3, 2004 Author Posted June 3, 2004 Where are the files that include TABLE_HEADING_NEW_PRODUCTS and HEADING_TITLE located? I want to remove those models on the index aswell.
