Important: Search engine in soc sucks very bad

Hi,

is there any better search pages in a contricution as this one that came with osc sucks v bad. u have to spell the word correctly and model number. other wise no results..

any good contribution.

I use Atomz Express Search - it's free and very nice. You can try it out on my web store - click the WWW link.

The Search Enhancement contrib allows you log all searches and offer google like spelling suggestions like: You can also try X or Y. You'll have to set up the suggestions yourself through the admin console. You can try it by typing engagment in my search box.

 

The Search Box Enhancement offers search in description functionality.
