Guest Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 Not sure if this works for all the browsers out there, someone can you please check it. I only have IE on my computer. Also changed my stylesheet around alot, check to see if it came out correct and remove fields as needed. all changes are done in /catalog/stylesheet.css Find your .infobox in your stylesheet and add border-right: 1px solid #bbc3d3; border-bottom: 1px solid #bbc3d3; } border-right and -bottom, that makes the shadow on the right and bottom. you can also use border-top, and border-left, all depends on how you want it. 1px: keep in mind that if you already have 1px border and you add this one it will equal 2px. always add 1 to your number. solid: if you want to use other borders you can (dotted, double, etc) and the color can be changed to anything you want it to be.
241 Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 It doesn't really show up as a shadow on your site with the 1px It is more of a defined border than a shadow IMHO Would it be more defined with more pixels or does it make the borders look thick No longer giving free advice. Guest Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 Well yea your right, it is more of a defined border then a shadow, but it still gives the effect of depth to it, so maybe shadow wasnt the best way to describe it
