Selling "TIME" online

I tried to find an answer to this request before I post it but found nothing.

I would like to add this to my existing osC site. The idea is :

1. visitor checks for calendar / timetable

2. visitor selects a specific date AND time

3. visitor books (order) that specific date AND time *

4. visitor checks out and pay for "time" / resource **

* e.g. visitor may "order" 1 hour... up to 8 hours a day

** resource can be a person, a computer, a vehicle,...

You can imagine this feature for :

- a Cybercafe or Computer Lab :

(e.g. this room would have 10 computers available to use)

1. user wishes to use a computer on the 1st of june 2004, from 10h00 to 11h00;

2. a 2nd user also wishes to use a computer that same day and time (luckly there are 10 PC's);

3. when "nbr of PC's" - "number of requests" =0 => "Unavailable" (something like Out of Stock for a traditional catalog)

- a Human Ressources Company :

(e.g. this company would have 5 persons "category A", 3 persons "category B"...)

1. client request an "A person" for the 1st of june 2004, from 10h00 to 18h00;

2. client books this date and time for 1 person in "category A";

3. client request an "B person" for the 1st of june 2004, from 15h00 to 16h00;

4. client books this date and time for 1 person in "category B";

5. client checks out and "pay" for the selected "resources";

The main point is :

1. there are limited resources available;

2. these are available on a date / time basis;

3. there may be identical limited resources available (5 persons / computers / vehicles,...)

4. once the resource is "freed up" it becomes available again;

5. Calendar / Time Table should allow setting for "available" period PER resource in the ADMIN AREA (a person from monday to friday and from 9h00 to 17h00; a vehicle from monday to sunday and from 0h00 to 24h00,...)

Well... if no one has something done or undergoing, this would surely be a thing to go for... I guess there are quite a few of us out there needing this kind of feature.

Feel free to comment or reply with ideas AND solutions !!! :D

Thx.
