Guest Posted May 30, 2004 Share Posted May 30, 2004 I am astonished at the way that even though we have carefully processed a payment, confirmed with a customer etc., the customer can still after a reasonable length of time just say - no not me and we as ecommerce are held totally accountable by the banks - it does make me wonder if this is a way to hold back the growth in ecommerce - and will the preferred by visa help us?? what do others think?
