Help with Stylesheet Manager

Where in the stylesheet manager do I change the colour of this writing see pic

The easiest way to figure it out is to view that webpage like you did, choose view source from the menu, and then find the line of code that creates that line. Look to see what class is used to define it and then go to the stylesheet and search for that class. This will help with this and finding things in the future.
