PayPal payment method not showing on checkout

I just installed the contrib: PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN_v2.3. After installing the module and setting all my options in my store admin, the only option for payment at checkout is Check/Money Order.... the PayPal option is not there. It's showing in admin the module is enabled but....HELP! :huh:

sounds like you missed a step on the installation, go back through everything and you will most likely find your error
