very wierd shipping error! table rate

Hi,

I have 3 shipping types.

one free shipping and one table rate that displays 2nd day and overnight based on weight.

problem is that the 2nd day shows $0.00 for shipping when weight is 0.

i get something like:

Ground Shipping   
Total Ground Shipping: $0.00   
 
Expedite Delivery Options   
2 Day Air: $0.00   
Overnight Delivery: $30.00

Now this was when weight 0, questions is that why its showing $30(thats default set when weight is 0 lbs) FOR overnigh but not showing 15$ (default for 0lbs) for 2 day. my table is setup correctly in admin>mudule>shipping:

like 2day: 0:15.00,10:15.00,50:25.00 ....

and

ovrnight: 0:30.00,10:30.00,50:50.00 ....
