Paypal ipn errors

can some tell me what is going on, i am trying to install the paypal ipn on an other cart and keep ruuning in to errors

this is the first one i get in the payment modules page under admin..

please help me with this

if i rem out line 1240 it goes through but if i try to edit paypal i get the error:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_cfg_pull_down_order_statuses() in /home/visions/public_html/cart/admin/modules.php(204) : eval()'d code on line 1
