mypaisa Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 I have a serious problem - Up until now, my site was extremely dead - maybe an order or two a week. This month I had a promo, and I got about 30 orders a day. I use the quickpayments contrib for my payment processor. In the last three days, I am receiving credit card payments for orders that are not getting placed! I dont have a shopping cart or order message, and the customers are receiving the payment processors email (no order details either.) So, I have no idea about what they ordered, and I have no idea how to put the order back in if I call them to see what it was. Any help?! Quote
