Guest Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 I have paypal shopping car v0.1 installed. When I go to check out and hit the paypal page, my shipping info is gone. is there a way to retain it? There a certain hack for it? seems kinda silly to have someone sign up and fill that crap out just to have then fill it out again.

ozcsys Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 does anyone have experince configuring paypal ipn cos i cant get it working.....thusly thanks :( It depends on which one you are using. After looking them all over I decided to use the one I suggested in the above post. It has very well written instructions and a active support thread. I have used it on lots of sites and have not had much in the way of problems getting it to work. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? billybrag Posted May 29, 2004 Posted May 29, 2004 do you know what is causing the 404 error then, it looks like there could be a page missing or something, i have tried to read through the thread that you are talking about but it is just too unwieldly! There is a good chance that you missed something in the install. Did you make your database changes? Check where you set your definitions (filenames.php) if that is not it I would go back and check out all your steps from the beginning. Most of the changes are fairly easy to do but there are a lot of them. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?
