The format of the date

Hi

 

Im trying to change the data format from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy I have followed the help at:

but I still get the create account box and admin area in the old date format.

 

 

For example when I creat an account next to the date area it has dd/mm/yyyy but you must enter mm/dd/yyyy or the form will say you haven't completed it correctly.
