configure.php Issue

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Trying to install the program. But cannot get past this step.

I have already tried to change the permission levels to 706 and also 777. And I'm pretty damn sure the file is there.

 

so anyone have an idea on what's up.

So, do you have another program to check the permissions with?
