ComputrGrl Posted May 27, 2004 Share Posted May 27, 2004 I encountered a major problem today with an order I received from my OSCommerce site. A customer placed an order then about 10 min. later another order came in from the same customer but it had the shipping address and credit card information from someone else that did not create an account online. Because the customer got 2 automatic 'Thank you for your order' emails, he contacted me stating that he did not place the second order. When looking up the person's name in the shipping info on the second order, he had the same customer id as the customer who placed the first order.....how can this happen?
