Order not registered with credit card payment

Hi I installed the banca sella payment module on a our site here in Italy for the credit card payments wich works fine. When the customer chooses credit card payment , then moves on to the confirmation page and pushes order well he gets directed to the bank and makes the payment. An email of the payment is sent to us and the customer but the problem is the order is not registered in the database in the store or is there an email sent to us or the customer. Therefore there is no trace of what the customer ordered. Has anyone experienced this problem with the credit card payment if so can you help me with a solution

Just wanted to say I solved the problem well I used the Bancasella Gestpay OTP located in the contributions section that worked fine. The solution was in the back office to put the URL per risposta positiva and negativa to

http://www.yoursite.com/catalog/checkout_process.php and the order got registered in the database with an email confirmatioin .
