I installed Ask_A_Question2.2 with success, except the small image named ask_a_question.gif doesn't show (like here: http://khmerbuy.com/product_info.php?products_id=16)

 

Q#2:

 

How to have the sentence "Ask a question about <productname>" underlined and in blue?

 

Any kind solution would be greatly appreciated.
