No addresses in checkout

I am confused as to why my address does not come up in my checkout process. The information submitted during the registration process should show as default address for shipping and billing if I am correct. It is showing in niether upon checkout. My clients have to go to change address button to make this happen and then selct an address or billing address.


Can someone tell me why this may be happening. I have also noticed that when the checkout process screen appears it has the address arrow pointing to what is suppose to be the address but it shows a comma all alone.


I am confuuuuuusssssed?
