gazsellout Posted May 26, 2004 Posted May 26, 2004 When completing a payment in OsCommerce using the SecureTrading payment module a 'Security Alert' is given to the customer after completing their details and sending them to SecureTrading - "You are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure..." etc. I know this is because the OsCommerce site I have created is not set up for SSL, but as SecureTrading are handling the payment side of things should this not happen? I think it may have something to do with the details being sent back to OsCommerce from the payment page, is there anyway to edit this so it only receives a yes/no to being authorised by SecureTrading? Effectively what is happening is that it is returning the customer to OsCommerce to display their transaction success/failure, where as I need SecureTrading to handle it as it should do. In other words I need to override OsCommerce, any ideas? Any help would be great, thanks. Gareth
smartboyinuk Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 Sorry about the delay. I hope you have been able to sort out this problem on your own. Incase you havent been able to solve it: You can override OSC and have ST handle success / failure. You will need to read the docs provided by ST and upload 2 files via the ST interface and thats it! ST will handle your success / failure. Hope this helps. Bollywood Image Gallery
