authorize.net AIM vs SIM

Hi,

 

Since I have been unsuccesful in trying out the payflow link module (read docs, browsed this forum and still no joy) I decided to switch to authorize.net

 

They gave me two options: AIM and SIM

 

All I want is process credit cards, get my money into my bank account while I deliver the goodies. Not that many transactions. About $1,000 a month in revenue. I read authorize.net docs but they are too much blah. I want to know the key differences not to write a thesis paper about it.

 

Which is the one that most ebusiness owners (OsCommerce enabled) go for? Which one should I use? What are the main differences and why?
