Monthly Billing - Subscriptions

I have looked around the contributions and done a few searches but have not turned up anything yet but:

 

Is there a module or add on which will allow me to sell a piece of equipment for a one off captial cost, and then bill monthly for a subscription or rental?

 

Any info most gratefully received.
