I am hoping someone out there will be able to help me. I recently acquired my site off somebody and now need to sort it out.


I have set up with WorldPay. I have carried out the callback contribution but I cannot get it to work completely. It does come back to my site but there is no confirmation for the customer or in my cart.


I have also done the order contribution whereby before the order goes to WorldPay the order is logged on my system. This is also not working for me. I am receiving no error messages but nothing works.


I also noticed on some of the sites I have looked at that when a customer is logged in the 'My Account' option is still on the NAV Bar alongside the 'Log Off' option. On mine it dissapears and is replaced by the 'Log Off' option. Did the previous owner remove that option perhaps and can I get it back?


Any help with any of these would be really appreciated. I am finding my way through this technical jungle but need help from an expert.
