Order processing potential

Hi guys, really impressed with OSC so far. I need to ask, is there any way to process orders information into an accounts system from OSC? I've heard SOP mentioned (from Sage), which is supposed to receive order info from systems like OSC. But is OSC able to do this? Maybe there's another solution, for example, how would you process like 100 orders per day, is there any (partially)automated solution at all?
