Remove initial + char in Products listing?

Independently of language, an additional + char is added in the end of the "Produc Name" heading when listing products. The language-attribute is in the language/<your language>/index.php

 

define('TABLE_HEADING_PRODUCTS', 'Product Name');

 

Does anybody know how to remove the + character? I can't found out where it is sat in the code

The + symbol is actually a sorter. Click on the name, and it'll change to a - . Click on another column, like item price, and it'll sort on that column instead.

 

Many people find it more intuitive to use up and down triangles instead of the + and - symbols.
