login error

i've a user complaining he can login but once he proceed trying to buy our product, he will be logged off & he have to return to the login pageto login again.

 

he tried many times but always fail to proceed.

 

what is the problem? as i don seem to face this problem when i try with my account?

 

and also, how can i track when this user was on our site?

have your user clear his cookies, you may also want to clear your sessions.

 

for tracking him, you can check your server log files
