Is this what I have to do

I am installing osC on my server right now.

I am getting the following message:

 

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Please perform the following actions:

-cd /u/htdocs/doncar/catalog/includes/

-touch configure.php

-chmod 706 configure.php

 

-cd /u/htdocs/doncar/catalog/admin/includes/

-touch configure.php

-chmod 706 configure.php

 

Is that read -- -cd /u/htdocs/doncar/catalog/admin/includes/ touch configure.php chmod 706 configure.php

 

Am I to understand that I need to change the configure.php settings to chmod 777 which is what I'm adviced at the bottom of the page.

I have an additional question. Upon further reading of the documentation I realize I may have rushed a bit, and neglected to set the permissions on

 

/catalog/includes/configure.php

/catalog/admin/includes/configure.php

 

My question is: how do I change the permission from 706 to 777 I have looked carefully in the configure.php scripts and have not found change I have to make.\

 

Furthermore: do I have to fill out the configure.php scripts to reflect the information about my store?
