AppleCider
I've seen this term all over the place, but I have no clue about what it is, or what it's for. Anyone care to define it? Thanks in advance!
Jack_mcs
Take a look at the very top upper right of the page you are looking at right now. See where it says Collaborative Documentation Effort? Click on that and it will take you to wiki. One of the better, IMO, definitions I have seen states: A Wiki is a web site written by its users. Anyone can change any page or create new pages! Frequently used for FAQs or tips/tutorial sections for group collaboration.IOW, it is just a few pages with documentation on how to use OSCommerce. stevel
Except that the osCommerce wiki is NOT a "wiki", in that only selected people can contribute. And the pointer in the osC wiki for how to contribute just goes to this forum, which is not terribly helpful, as there is no sticky topic saying where to apply.
