ama Posted May 25, 2004 Posted May 25, 2004 ;) I would like to know if when there is an order placed via a credit card is there possibly a way to go into the admin side of osCommerce and retrieve the information for manual submission to the Merchant Account? I have a merchant account that is not accessable with osComerce and I would like to accept CC orders and manually submit them to my merchant account but do not see how to do so :huh: Thank You, Bevery G.

ama Posted May 25, 2004 Author Posted May 25, 2004 Ok I placed a mock order and went into admin>customers>orders and clicked on edit and the only thing I get in there for the credit card number looks like this 4601XXXXXXXX9119 which will not work when I go to manully input this information into the merchant company.. I need the entire number and expiration date so how can I fix this ? Thank You, Bevery G.
AlanR Posted May 25, 2004 Posted May 25, 2004 It emails you the centermost digits. "Split Credit Card E-Mail Address" under edit in the CC module. This is for safety so the cc number is not all in one place. It's best to send those digits to an unrelated (off server) email address.
