Login Page Customise

Hi,

 

I have searched the forums and contributions but no joy.

 

Just enquiring if anyone has added a field to the Login Page to Ask "Where did you hear about us?" abd have a drop down menu with a list of choices

 

Anybody done this and is there much coding to be done with it ?
