Blowin Posted May 25, 2004 Share Posted May 25, 2004 Boy am I tired of shipping! I am selling tangible and virtual products on my site. I am using table based shipping based on PRICE. I don't know the weights of my 1000+ items, so weight table shipping is not an option for me. I have put a 0 weight on my virtual products and 1 on my tangible products. I have set downloads to true. If I buy a virtual product only, the order goes thru with no shipping just like it's supposed to. But, if I buy a tangible and a virtual product together, shipping is charged at the combined price of both items. How do I fix this so that shipping is only charged on the tangible item and still use my price based table shipping? Also, on a separate note, I still have the problem of not being able to ship orders outside of the US or Canada. All other countries, even though they are entered in the zones in the zone shipping module say that no shipping is available to that country. Any help would be sooooo much appreciated!
