New Customer, New Order Contribution

Hi All,

I am looking for a contribution to allow adding new customers and new orders by Administrator from the Admin Section.

 

I know it exists, but I searched and serached for these keywords both at the forum and the contributions section with no luck.

 

Can someone help me to locate the contrbution please?
