Can Anyone Write or Adapt a Payment Module..

I'm thinking something like a cheque or bank deposit payment module, but one that requests an invoice for Payment by Credit card.

 

Since I cannot get paymate to function on my website, I wonder if customers could ask to be invoiced via email, I could then login to paymate and send them an invoice they could use to pay.

 

I just need the module to enter the order into the system and mark it pending like the check/money order module does.

 

Can anyone out there do that?!

from looking at paymate website, they do integrate, actually they generate the code, which you then place on your site for being able to process orders to them.

As I stated in my first post (not very clearly, sorry) the paymate module doesn't work for me - it does not add the order to the store and I have no way of knowing what the payment is for. Therefore, I asked if someone could make the module I described - it's the only workaround I can think of.
