TBK3 Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 <_< I have had my cart up and running for a couple of months with only minor problems. Unfortunately, I just handled a problem for a customer who created an account successfully, even used the forgot password feature but still couldn't add anything to her cart. It kept returning her to the log-in screen. I used the e-mail address she supplied and the password she shared and created an order without error. Is this a cookie/security thing or ??? I've only had one other complaint, but the customer worked at Motorola, so I assumed it had to do with his company's security measures. Any ideas?
