File Upload .7 Help please

I have installed File Upload .7 and made all changes necessary.

 

Everything works great except one thing.

 

With the UPS and Flat rate shipping modules active the check out process times out to a blank white page.

 

It will also not allow you to sign in under your username/password as a returning customer without timing out.

 

Has anyone had this problem???
