Bosswonk Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 When I'm in my admin page and select the catalog link, I get the following statement at the top of the page: Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/bosswonk/public_html/os-comm/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. When I did a search on user permissions it came back with no such topics.
Fredrik.r Posted May 25, 2004 Posted May 25, 2004 You should set the user permissions for both configure.php files to 644 (using for example your ftp client) to protect your configuration. catalog/includes/configure.php and catalog/admin/includes/configure.php I get warnings in my shop EVEN though the configure.php files are set to 644.. thats weird..
