vat not being displayed or added .. please help..

I know its really bad netiquette to post a question twice on a forum.. and I hope you'll excuse me doing it.. but I really need to get this working as its the last hurdle in getting the shop live... and therefore I get paid.. lol

 

on http://buyatill.8010.co.uk/ have got everything else setup but its refusing to add or display vat/tax onto any items in the catalogue..

 

I've searched the forums to no avail and been through every setting I can find.. I've left the admin section open in case someone needs to see where I've screwed things up..

 

If I've missed something in the forum or something in the docs.. even a simple link saying "hey moron.. read this.." would help.. lol

think I finally fixed it.. after 4 hours...

 

found an example sql file for Europe/UK in the dist..
