Blowin Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 Hi... I am having shipping problems! I've added the Additional Shipping Options for Zone Module contribution and it seems to be functioning fine. Here's my problem...if I run a test order and ship it to the US or to Canada, everything is fine and works great. If I try to ship to any other country I have listed in the zones, it tells me that no shipping is available to the selected country. The country IS listed in my zones. I cannot figure out why this is happening. I have 3 zones set up: Zone 1- US, Zone 2- Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands. Zone-3 Other contries (not all of them, but a good deal of them). I did one test on zone 1 which worked fine. I ran two test orders on zone two...one to canada, which worked fine and one to mexico which said that shipping wasn't available to Mexico. I ran two tests on zone 3...one to France and one to the UK...neither worked, said no shipping available. Please please help me!!! I really need to be able to ship to these other countries!
