Forbidden 403 Error on Account, Checkout Success

This error occurs randomly... sometimes it happens and sometimes not. At create account success, checkout success, and tell a friend this happens, although all transactions are going through correctly.

My scripts log gets a "scripting not allowed" for the page with the error.

 

Some other things that might be involved:

 

Using Yahoo! web hosting

Using a shared SSL server

Permissions are set to rwx-rwx-rx

Using lots of contributions from MS2-MAX loaded version

 

What is different about create account success and checkout success that would cause this to happen? I'm guessing it has to do with the SSL? Or perhaps session id? I am intermediate with PHP so I can figure this out if I get some good leads in the right direction.
