pottytrainingsolutions Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 Does anyone know whats wrong. When you try to log in to write a review an error page comes up. The log in works for shopping. If possible I would be happy to not require logging in to write a review. My site is pottytrainingsolutions.com Thanks in advance for any ideas.
241 Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 do you have a test account set up so as not to create new customers for the sole purpose of testing out the issue. What is the error?... is it a 404? pottytrainingsolutions Posted May 24, 2004 Author Posted May 24, 2004 Steve- I don't have a test account but if you try it you will see the error it just takes you to an error page as though you put in a non-existant domain name when you try to log in to post a review. I don't know what a 404 is. Thanks for your help
Guest Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 for ease of us helping you, create a test account and then post the info here, as how to login with it. also, post a link to your site. most will not want to go look if you dont have a link, and if you dont have things made for us to help you troubleshoot the problem. you never stated what the error is you are getting, as Steve had asked. be more helpful to us, we can help you resolve your issue.
