Why dont I see the credit card info from an order

hi,

 

I have the credit card module running on SSL and have tried to do an order myself for testing purposes using my own card number. All goes through properly but I dont get any credit card information when I get notified I have an order.

 

I'm new to this so its probably starring me right in the face. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Also, I am manually processing these transactions for my merchant account.

What credit card module are you using? If it's a gateway module, you probably will never see the number. If you are storing them, then you need to log into admin to see the numbers, it is very insecure to email them.

 

Also, you should be able to use a test credit card number to test things. You can simply use 4111111111111111 (4 and 15 1's) with any expiration date.
