PayPal Itemized Cart Email Bug?

I just did a test purchase and refund off my site and it worked fine, but the email that was generated and sent to the buyer was strange.

 

It sent the order email with a bunch of code up top. With the return path, delivered to, received from with all of the server information and ip addresses before the actual order section of the email.

 

Any idea how to stop the emails going out with all of this information above the order? I am just tried the purchase using the itemized cart.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Actually I switched it back over to Aggregate cart and the same thing is happening.

 

The Order Confirmation email that goes out to the customer looks like this:
