Please help! I'm not getting anywhere

When I access my catalog, I get the following error at the top of the page:

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/install) is not within the allowed path(s): (D:\Hosting) in d:\hosting\ahilton77031\catalog\includes\header.php on line 15

Obviously, the path to the install directory is configured incorrectly, but I can't get it right.

Here is my configure.php:

<?php

/*

I pulled the path for 'DIR_FS_CATALOG' from test.php (my document root)

TIA,

Sorry, I don't have a specific answer for you - I have been playing and testing and I have reinstalled several times since I posted, and the problem has since fixed itself.
